Me and Sachin, around 12:30 am were vigorously thinking about who will be the third person for this ambitious programme.
After getting 8 rejections, I asked him whether I should ask Aman, the guy from Electronics branch as he may have been preparing for internships. After some judging and stalking, we called him.
Aman and me were friends from 12th standard and and in good touch in college. When I told him about this plan, he immediately gave a positive response, which was the first checkpoint for us!
It went from meeting first time and filling the form to sitting together, spending hours planning.
There were many points on which opposite views clashed but that gave us viewpoint of all and helped us judge each other quite significantly 😂
With more and more advices from friends and peers to not apply for the programme, our determination got more bold.
We went “Pro Mode” surfing the net and asking neighbours and relatives to get as much info as possible so as to plan and proceed in efficient manner.
Within 15-20 days, we had enough to plan and book trains and stays; thanks to Google reviews and Quora answers 🙂
By some time, we had a plan ready and sticking to it was really a challenge ad we had to edit/ improvise it, many a times.
But, never in this pre-journey period, we felt short of motivation and low on energy. We even thought of starting a travel blogging Youtube channel #wanderlust 🙂
I am writing this where I have done all the packing and am ready to take on what life throws with a brave gut.!
